Foot reflexology is a holistic form of bodywork; a massage-like working of the feet based on the factual belief that pressure applied to specific points (reflexes) benefits the parts of the body they correspond to. Mindfulness is a practice that encourages the awakened unity of body, breath, and mind. Together they create an optimal body environment that can result in transcendence of pain, creation of positive mind states, and relief from anxiety and suffering.
Each session begins with a guided body scan designed to prepare the body and mind for deep relaxation. The reflexologist then begins to gently stimulate reflexes or nerve endings in the feet. Throughout the session the client is encouraged to rest with the breath or direct the breath to the body site(s) believed to be causing an imbalance. The client rests between silence and guided breath encouragement while the reflexologist continues to work the foot reflexes. It is intended that the client leave the experience feeling rested, positive, and restored. The central nervous system is now in optimal condition to continue the healing process.
But don’t take my word for it. Come and experience foot reflexology for yourself.

Lorelei has been practicing foot reflexology since 1998. She first learned this art while living in Santa Monica, CA with a group of yogis knows as “Sikhs.” These yogis believed that foot reflexology is an antidote to insomnia. Lorelei began practicing with enjoyment and success. In 2006 she completed a two-year formal certification program with the Universal College of Reflexology in Edmonton Alberta Canada. Lorelei then devoted her time to both the Wilfed R. Cameron Wellness Center (a medical wellness facility) and her own practice. In September 2023 she moved to Tucson Arizona where she now teaches yoga and practices foot reflexology.
