Finding Joy in the Sonoran Desert Summer on Tuesday Nights with Stephen Villaescusa - Summer is coming to the “Old Pueblo” prompting many questions and mixed emotions … How hot will it be? Will we have a decent monsoon? Geez, it won’t be cool again until November. This mindfulness class will help you use practical techniques, strategies, and humor to find more joy and less suffering in the rapidly approaching Sonoran Desert Summer.
