Creating A New Habit Workshop with Bonnie Colby and Stephen Villaescusa
Creating A New Habit Workshop with Bonnie Colby and Stephen Villaescusa
"First forget inspiration. Habit is more dependable. Habit will sustain you whether you're inspired or not." Octavia Butler
As 2026 nears its end and 2027 approaches, many of us have habits we have wanted to build (and good intentions that quietly faded). This interactive 3-hour workshop offers a proven framework from James Clear's Atomic Habits, integrated with Unified Mindfulness and Sensory Awareness practices. You will learn to recognize habit loops becoming open to change, and how to apply powerful meditative tools to work with sensations, thoughts and emotions that can reinforce (or block) desired new habits.
You will leave with a clear, personal plan you can begin right away.
