Practicing Clear Intention within Meditation & Silence

A word from your teachers:

"In times when many of us feel the weight of uncertainty and strain in our lives and in the wider world, it can be a rare gift to pause, to rest in silence, and to cultivate clarity of heart. This retreat offers a supportive container to step back from the busyness of daily life and turn inward, nourishing resilience and presence.

In this silent meditation retreat, we will practice continuous mindfulness through both sitting and walking meditation. Within this quiet space, we will explore the simple yet profound practice of placing clear intention—to meet each moment with awareness. From this ground, compassion and wisdom can naturally emerge.

Each day there will be meditation and dharma guidance, as well as time for questions and responses. The retreat is open to both beginners and experienced practitioners, and provides an opportunity to settle, deepen, and reconnect with what steadies and sustains us."

This is offered as a hybrid retreat. You may choose to attend in person or online via Zoom.
