BIPOC Meditation and Meet-up Sept. 25

In person and peer led. Come practice with other individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color (BIPOC).

There will be a 30-minute meditation followed by sharing and discussion about how we can support each other in our practice, including whether there is interest in an ongoing BIPOC peer-led meditation group.

The pandemic has been an isolating time and it can feel nourishing to practice and connect with others who identify as BIPOC. Facilitated by Celina Ramirez.
