HEALING
How Some Kick-Ass Mindfulness & a Sense of Play can be Healing and lead to Embodied Happiness
A non-residential hybrid meditation workshop with Stephanie Nash
January 24-26 Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday
What is healing? Is it a form of self-care? Is it a special kind of tuning in? Are there ways to promote healing that are more intrinsically effective than others? How can we best help ourselves heal (from challenges in body and/or mind) in any given moment?
Whether dealing with physical or emotional pain, the process of healing (especially with the help of some killer mindfulness & a sense of play) is one that can be inspiring, comforting, and also promote deeper growth, insight, and, yes, happiness.
Join us for this very special weekend workshop to explore what strategies - for body, mind & emotions - work best for you when you need to heal. A growth opportunity awaits.
