An ongoing survey and exploration of mindfulness methods and concepts. Featuring guided practice, Q and A, and occasional talk about mindfulness. This class is suitable for beginners and more experienced meditators.

This class and TCMC are supported by your generous donations. TCMC has building mortgage, utilities and insurance expenses. The suggested donation is $5 -10 per class. You may make a donation via Zelle, PayPal or credit card Here. Donations are optional, and no one will be turned away due to inability to pay.
This is a drop-in class. Registration is not required.
Kaishin (Blake) Ashley,

Kaishin (Blake) Ashley began mindfulness training at TCMC and with Shinzen Young in 2001. He has been Shinzen's co-teacher at three retreats and taught a weekly class at TCMC for 15 years. He has taught classes for the Arizona State Bar Association, the University of Arizona Department of Campus Health, the Pima County Employee Wellness Program, and the City of Tucson Employee Wellness Program. He is the author of Sanshindo: Integrating the Three Minds.
