Monday Mindfulness Meditation Class/Practice 6:30-7:30PM The Monday evening class consists of a guided meditation suitable for beginners, followed by a brief, optional discussion. Please join us. Tuesday Strong Determination Practice 6:30 - 7:30 Wednesdays Loving Kindness Practice - 6:30-7:30 or sometimes 8:00, All Levels Starting July 7th, 2010 the practice will be mindfulness of music instead of loving kindness. First Wednesday mindfulness of music Second Wed: traditional Loving kindness Third Wed: Mindfulness to be with and understand the nature of difficult emotions. Loving kindness will naturally arise from practice and understanding. Fourth Wed: Compassion Practices: Silent sit, guided meditation, music, and other practices to build our capacity for compassion. (volunteers rotate guiding) Thursdays Meditation class with Upasaka Culadasa 6:00-8:30 (flexible schedule). Please see Events and Classes menu on the left for more information.
