Half-Day Meditation Retreat with

Hayward Fox, Ph.D.

Through the eyes of Knowledge:
Intrinsic within ordinary experience
Behold transcendent dimensions

Saturday, May 19th, 2012,
8:30 am to 12:30 pm

We cannot continue to sit with our conventional assumptions about our self and world and hope to be enlightened. Enlightenment is not some altered or higher state of consciousness. It is a new paradigm and an expanded vision.

During our time together we will explore the unseen background of time and space. We can come to appreciate these dimensions as both transcendent and fundamental to our conventional experience. The consequence of such an exploration is a more spacious and enlivened way of knowing with less friction, more flow, and an awakened sense of intrinsic intimacy.

WHEN: Saturday, May 19, 2012
8:30 am to 12:30 pm

LOCATION: Tucson Osteopathic Medical Foundation

Hayward Fox is a psychotherapist with forty years of clinical experience and thirty years of meditative practice. What makes him an extraordinary teacher is his ability to meld his psychotherapy and meditative practices -- 'two wings of the same bird' -- and provide a gentle, intuitive and safe presence. He responds to our intention to be free of inhibiting patterns and to recognize our authentic nature.
