Minutes of the Board of Director's Meeting Tucson Community Meditation Center

Board Members Present:  Blake Ashley, Blake Barton, Chuong Tran, Debra Raeber, Frank Tomizuka, Steve Villaescusa

A quick meeting was held following the Annual members meeting to vote on the new officers for 2008.  A motion was made and passed by the board to retain Blake Ashley as President, Debra Raeber as Secretary and Steve Villaescusa as Treasurer.  A motion was made and passed to elect Blake Barton to the office of Vice President.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:10 pm.
